Meet Joe McKeen:
The Craftsman Behind Detroit Metal Shaping
Surrounded by family who proudly worked for the big 3, Joe McKeen’s love for cars has been ingrained since childhood. Initially pursuing a business degree in college, Joe shifted gears toward tech school to explore a more hands-on career. Inspired by TV shows from the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Joe was determined to do everything these builders were doing, and more.
Throughout the years, Joe has remained dedicated to honing his craft, recognizing that mastering the most challenging aspects requires elite knowledge and unwavering patience. He scouts out the best mentors, undeterred by the challenges of learning the information and mastering the techniques.
Joe’s expertise stems from his genuine passion for metal shaping. While he enjoys collaborating with clients to make their visions reality, he continues his career because he simply loves what he does.
